山东国瓷康立泰新材料科技有限公司是2013年底由山东国瓷功能材料股份有限公司(以下简称国瓷材料)与佛山市康立泰无机化工有限公司(以下简称佛山康立泰)共同投资一亿元设立，下辖全资子公司——佛山市三水区康立泰无机合成材料有限公司，主要进行陶瓷色釉料、陶瓷墨水、3d 打印材料的研发及产业化的高科技企业。

　　国瓷康立泰主营生产、销售“康立泰色釉料”、“伯陶墨水”两个高端品牌陶瓷材料。“康立泰色釉料”自1998年佛山康立泰成立起生产，经过康立泰人的不懈努力，“康立泰色釉料”在性能、发色等各方面普遍优于国内同类产品，远销国际高端陶瓷产品中心意大利、西班牙，得到客户的广泛赞誉及认可。“伯陶墨水”是公司2011年引入国外技术研发的产品，实现了陶瓷墨水的国产化，产品全线采用进口设备，使产品质量方面做到了与进口产品同步，同时在成本及服务方面优于进口产品。

　　国瓷康立泰现有佛山三水区和山东东营两个生产基地，佛山三水区生产基地占地4.3万平方米，东营生产基地厂房面积1.5万平方米，拥现代化的陶瓷墨水及色釉料生产生产线，实现年产墨水5000吨、色料5000吨、釉料10000吨的产能。

　　国瓷康立泰获准成立了佛山市三水区康立泰色釉料工程技术研究开发中心，并与武汉理工大学共建建筑陶瓷工程技术中心，于2013年获得经佛山市科技局认证的目前国内唯一的市级墨水工程技术研究中心--佛山市数码喷墨陶瓷墨水工程技术研究开发中心。并先后荣获了“中国建筑卫生陶瓷行业十大最具潜力(原材料)供应商”、“十大建陶明星企业”等荣誉。

　　sinocera create-tide will manufacture and provide service for two top brands in the ceramic industry “create-tide glaze pigment” and “beto ink”. the “create-tide glaze pigment” is the result of many create-tide engineers’ hard working for many years, and it is famous for its color intensity and stability which have been recognized by world wide customers since 1998. “beto ink” is a product of self r&d and imported technology. it is manufactured by full set of german equipments and provides reliable quality which has reached the same standard to the european ceramic ink suppliers, and moreover, the “beto ink” has the advantage in the production cost and customer service over the imported ink products.

　　sinocera create-tide has two manufacturing bases: dongying in shandong and foshan sanshui in guangdong. there are 43000 m2 and 15000 m2 production building in foshan and dongying, respectively. with modern ceramic ink and glaze pigment production lines, it can produce 5000 t/y ceramic inks, 5000 t/y pigments and 10000 t/y glazes.

　　sinocera create-tide has set up a glaze and pigment engineering r&d center, and formed a joint research center with wuhan university of technology. in 2013 foshan city government certified it as a solely ceramic ink engineering research center-- “foshan digital inkjet ceramic ink engineering and technology research center”. in the past decade, create-tide has gained many honors such as “top 10 suppliers in china building and sanitary ceramic industry” and “top 10 star enterprises in building ceramic industry”.
